DESCRIPTION:The Green has looked wonderful this summer and it’s been great to see so many people enjoying it! If you’d like to get more involved there will be a Maintenance Session on the Green on Saturday 21st Sept from 10am – 12. These are the regular monthly sessions when we clear/trim and sort! Current jobs include clearing and burning the brash from behind the old pond ( this was left from the creation of the beautiful hedge)\, trimming and weaving the Willow\, and we will be doing a tree survey to identify diseased trees which will need attention (Ash and more). It would be great to have some help and swell our numbers.
