Meet at 5am for a guided walk around the Millennium Green to experience this annual natural spectacle – The Dawn Chorus!
There will be an informative chat on birdsong ID and some time to sit and absorb the atmosphere.
I then invite you to help record the diversity of species on the iNaturalist app so we can document all the birds that make The Millennium Green their home.
If 5am is too early please contact me (details below) as I may consider a second session at 10am.
This is the first part of a year-long project to increase our awareness of the diversity of the green. Keep your eyes peeled for events covering the river, butterflies, moths and bugs, and fungi.
